Association “Dream of Romance, Flowers and Space” — BRCK has many years of experience in developing, partnering and implementing projects in the field of youth participation, volunteering, culture, ecology, media, non-formal education and local community development.
Work on a project begins long before submitting a form. For us, a good project idea must have a clear connection to a real need, a specific community, suitable partners and the possibility of a sustainable result after the end of funding. That is why we approach project planning not only administratively, but also substantively — through the people, place, topic and meaning of the activities.
Over the years, BRCK has participated in various national and international programs, including Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, National Youth Program, regional grant schemes, partnerships with non-governmental organizations, local institutions and civic initiatives. The organization has experience both as a partner and as an initiator and coordinator of activities aimed at young people, volunteers, local communities and international cooperation.
From idea to real activity
Writing a project is not just a technical filling out of an application form. It includes formulating a problem, setting goals, planning activities, building a logic between needs and results, working with a budget, partner coordination, communication and impact assessment.
BRCK develops project ideas that are based on real experience – working with volunteers, organizing events, media initiatives, environmental actions, activities in small settlements, youth exchanges, trainings and international partnerships. This practical experience helps projects not remain just well-written documents, but to be feasible, understandable and connected to a real environment.
Management and coordination
After the approval of a project, the more difficult part begins – its actual implementation. This includes organizing activities, communicating with participants and partners, preparing materials, logistics, financial and administrative tracking, publicity, accountability and dealing with unforeseen situations.
BRCK has experience in coordinating volunteer activities, youth initiatives, cultural events, trainings, international meetings and local campaigns. In our work, we combine organizational capacity, fieldwork, technical training, communication skills and an understanding of the specific requirements of different funding programs.
